This Week’s Theme and Menu: Beautiful Balsamic Chicken Avocado Salad
A beautiful salad with all the fixings of a caprese salad. Slices of seared chicken and avocado pair nicely with fresh mozzarella pearls and grape tomatoes.
We take a bed of crisp fresh lettuce and add slices of baked chicken coated with balsamic flavors. Thin sliced avocados add a creamy texture to this dish. We build further on this salad with the addition of a modern caprese. Mozzarella balls, grape tomatoes and a sliced basil garnish gives the flavors an extra kick. This salad is so hearty it can substitute dinner, you won’t want to miss this!
