The Fitness Club meets Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Hang out and work out.
Monday’s focus will be cycling and we’re going for a bike ride!
The cycling program is a combination of outdoor rides and indoor stationary cycling; weather pending.
We will meet at Three20 and ride out from there. If the weather is bad, we will plan for an indoor routine to take Its place.
We have a fleet of bicycles available for use . Members may reserve a bike by sending an RSVP. Any remaining bikes will be available on a first come first serve basis. Of course if you have your own, you are more than welcome to bring it with.
