The Fitness Club meets Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Hang out and work out.
This Thursday’s focus will be TRX Suspension Training.
The TRX program covers full-body movements utilizing the TRX suspension trainer.
Suspension Training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless.
Regardless of your experience level, you are welcome and encouraged to join! Our coaches will provide support and guidance as needed, while sharing different routines and equipment options in the gym.
If you are a beginner, come learn something new. If you are a gym pro, show up and teach us something.
The goal is to gather, get fit, feel healthy, and have a good time while doing it.
The fitness club will be offered every Monday & Thursday at 5:30PM. For Three20 Members.
We’ll gather together at the beginning of the group for some guided stretching and an opportunity to familiarize with the gym and equipment.
After that, everyone is encouraged to do their own thing and at their own pace. Run solo, partner up, or gather a small group for encouragement. The choice is yours.
