Are you an early riser? The gym is now open in the AM. Open gym, fitness classes, or individual training is available on Tuesday and Thursday morning, starting at 6:00am.
The focus for Tuesday morning is Indoor Cycling.
The cycling program is an instructor-led group class utilizing indoor stationary cycling. The class uses stationary and recumbent style exercise bikes. The routine is accompanied with curated music playlists on the sound system and cycling videos selected from around the world are added to the large screen projection.
