TRX Suspension Training
Ready to pull yourself up and out of addiction? Our TRX program is a facilitator-led course that covers full-body movements utilizing the TRX suspension trainer. Suspension training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. It’s a good fit for all fitness levels and a healthy addition to any weekly workout.
TRX is held every Thursday at 5:00 PM and currently caps at 10 members.
