Can’t make it to the morning gym sessions? The gym is also available on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings.
The focus for Thursday evening is TRX Suspension Training.
The TRX program is an instructor-led course that covers full-body movements utilizing the TRX suspension trainer. Suspension Training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless.
A good fit for all fitness levels and healthy addition to any weekly workout.
Every Thursday at 5:00pm | Suited for all ability levels.
