Cardio, or cardiovascular exercise is defined as any activity that gets your heart rate up and keeps it at that rate for any prolonged period of time. The new Cardio class at Three20 is going to do just that! The class is composed of circuits and intervals of varying intensity and length. Three20 Recovery is hosting a community bike ride and brunch on Saturday June, 26th 2021. Proceeds support recovery programs and scholarships. Registration includes a spot at the starting line for the ride and finishes with a seat at the table for the included brunch; provided by Three20 Cafe.
