Three20 Recovery Community

Exercise increases the production of feel-good neurotransmitters in the brain, thereby lifting mood and relieving symptoms of depression.

The 1600 sq ft fitness area is outfitted with the equipment one may need to begin their training or add to their existing routine. Instructor-led classes cover programs such as cycling, suspension training, and functional fitness. The classes consistently evolve to keep members engaged and adapt to changing fitness trends while promoting recovery.

Ride For Recovery Cycling

The cycling program is a combination of outdoor rides and indoor stationary cycling; weather pending. Three20 provides a fleet of Giant ATX mountain bikes available for use or members may bring their own.

TRX Suspension Training

Simultaneously develop core stability, strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your summit, TRX Training leverages gravity and body weight; helping you live better.

Functional Fitness

Utilizing full-body movements help improve everyday life by strengthening muscles for everyday tasks and activities. This strength training class is built to be adaptable, making it simple and safe for all fitness levels.

Open gym hours allow members time to use the fitness area freely and add to their existing program routine.

Community Events

Regardless of membership, Three20 offers fitness events open to the public. Ride For Recovery Open Rides emulate our weekly cycling program, but we go bigger, we go farther, and we ride stronger as a community.

Instructor led classes and open gym hours are for Three20 Recovery Community members.
